Hi all. Check out my guest post over at Clothes, Cosmetics and Chat. Laura is currently really busy studying for her exams and asked it I would like to guest post for her :)
I decided to go for something soft and with a "shabby chic" feel. Essie Navigate Her reminds me of just that!
So pretty. I love the striping + the vintage roses. Chic!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous green color!
ReplyDeleteLooks great! How do you do the roses? Is there a chance you can explain it for us clumsy nail addicts? That would be sweet :)
ReplyDeleteRoses are pretty easy actually! Even for someone like me who is "freehand challanged"! Lol! Literally just use a dotting tool or a toothpick to blob a little bit of red or pink on the nail (doesn't have to be a perfect dot as roses aren't perfectly round), then with a lighter pink polish, use the same dotting tool or a very thin nail art brush if you have one and draw small uneven lines through your dots to create the petals! This is how I do mine but there are lots of girls on YouTube that do it differently so check out some of those videos :)
DeleteThat is just beautiful, Vanessa!
ReplyDeleteI love that shade of green, and the roses would have been enough, but no... you carefully (and creativetly) added white stripes, and it all looks so perfect, I love it!
Would you mind if I did that exact mani someday?
Of course I don't mind! Go for it Bia! I'll be sure to stop by your blog to see it :)
DeleteSo pretty!! I love Navigate Her and your flowers are perfect!
ReplyDeleteI would love some border in my bathroom that looks like that accent nail. I love it.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty - quick, easy and elegant :)
